We want your Charmed by Silver order to reach you safely and securely.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 working days.

Please note that personalised items may take a little longer to prepare.

International Shipping

We also offer international delivery to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to their order.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to help keep it safe during transit and make it feel special when it arrives.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the postal service and can occasionally take longer than expected. Please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us about a delayed order.

If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Charmed by Silver cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
